Return Policy. Any unopened items with be refunded in full minus S/H and 15% restocking fee. All open items have a 60-day return policy. You may return "unopened containers" with a copy of your packing slip to Melancor Consumer Healthcare for a full credit less shipping and handling. The unused portion of the product may be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price minus S/H. Unlike most companies, Melancor does not charge for any restocking fees. If you decide you'd like a refund/exchange, contact us at info@melancor.com and we will issue you a RMA# (return merchandise authorization number). A RMA# is required to return a product. Package properly to avoid damage (we cannot refund/exchange items damaged during delivery). Return within 60 days of delivery date. Refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. You will receive a refund within 7 business days of our receiving your return. Our return policy is for US orders only. International orders have a processing fee associated with returns.
